In-stock products are shipped out same day or next day upon receipt of payment.
If your item is out of stock and pre-ordered, it is considered a custom item and must be created before shipping. Items are normally complete within 3-5 days; however, I cannot give an exact ship time as it takes time to cut, assemble, paint, and finish every product. Add in unexpected order volumes, or holiday rushes, and it slows things down a bit.
